Chas is a 2004 Centennial High School graduate. Following high school, he pursued a finance and accounting degree and graduated in 2008 from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in finance and accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce. He then received his law degree from Washington and Lee University in 2011, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school, Chas was a staff writer on the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, on the Moot Court executive board, and volunteered his time and services to assist indigent citizens prepare tax returns and provide business counseling. Holder & Associates, Inc. and President of Holder Wealth Management, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisory Firm. Chas is married to Mattie Holder and enjoys golf, landscaping, home improvement projects, and their two dogs. He is also an avid University of Illinois Football and Basketball fan. He serves as an active member within the community as the treasurer of the Champaign Public Library Foundation, Carle Foundation CORE, and has donated his time and services to the Eastern Illinois Food Bank and Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club.
